The Computing Center administers several instructional and open-access computer labs and offers consulting, network support, remote dial-in access support, multimedia facilities, and microcomputer and electronics maintenance. The center opened in 1967 and is located just north of Gilbert Hall and across from the UO Bookstore. The university's central computing hardware is also housed here.
