Huestis Hall was originally known as Science III when it opened in 1973. Today, faculty and students use the building for research as varied as neuroscience and marine biology. Part of the university's science corridor along 13th Avenue, Huestis was renamed in 1986 for Ralph Huestis, a UO professor of biology from 1924 to 1962. The university's Institute of Neuroscience is located here. |
